About Z Path Autism
Our Mission
To help Wake County families navigate the early years of developmental delays and autism through clear, practical, and trustworthy resources.
Our Values
We believe families deserve information that is accessible, respectful, evidence-informed, and easy to understand.
Our Commitment
We are committed to keeping resources free, locally relevant, and regularly updated as programs and services evolve.
Why I Created Z Path Autism
Like many parents, I found myself navigating evaluations, therapies, school meetings, waitlists, insurance questions, and countless decisions with no clear roadmap.
While excellent resources exist throughout Wake County, they are often scattered across agencies, schools, providers, and websites. Finding them — and understanding what to do next — can feel overwhelming.
Z Path Autism was created to bring helpful information together in one place so families can spend less time searching and more time supporting their children.
Every child is unique, and there is no single right path. Our goal is not to tell families what decisions to make. It is to help them understand their options, ask informed questions, and move forward with confidence.
Whether you are just beginning to have developmental concerns or preparing for kindergarten, we hope these resources make the journey a little easier.
